Pilot application privacy notice

Cho & Ahn (GESTEL) collects and uses the following information to manage your pilot waitlist application and arrange onboarding.

Information: Company/brand, contact email, role, industry, company size, service interest, in-house team status, landing page, language, campaign source codes, consent status/version/time, and application ID/time
Purpose: Manage pilot applications, understand service needs, arrange onboarding calls, and send application-related updates. Not used for separate promotional newsletters.
Retention: We retain your application for six months, then delete it. You may request withdrawal or deletion earlier.
Service providers and overseas storage: We use Vercel for hosting and application processing, and Neon for database storage. The application information listed above is transmitted over encrypted connections when you submit it and stored on servers in the eastern United States, for the purposes and retention period described above. Choice and rights: You may decline collection, use, and overseas storage, but we cannot process an online waitlist application without consent. For access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal, contact the email below.
